Absolutely not. His haircut is ridiculous.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to be harsh, it's just a policy. If I'm not that familiar with a fighter, I just rate them by their haircut and/or other fashion sensibilities to keep from appearing ignorant. Also, being an ATG is like being an emperor or president or something. You don't wear neon shorts and a tank top and you don't have a mullet or this haircut or whatever you call what Don King has. But, I digress.

I believe that's Jack Delaney, a great, yes no doubt,
Top 10, No, there are a good few boys equally as great and of course better, and RJJ isn't one of them.

Yes, indeed, it's Jack "Eraserhead" Delaney. But no, he's not top 10 material at Light Heavyweight.

If he'd been a teetotaler who refrained from breaking his hands by using the sides of railroad cars as punching bags, then yes, Bright Eyes absolutely had the ability to be a top ten light heavyweight. Maybe at his very best, for fleeting moments like the title winning effort against Berlenbach, he momentarily penetrated into that atmosphere, but his actual career is what it is, and like Eddie Mustafa Muhammad, he fell far short of what he was capable of. He got to the IBHOF well over a dozen years ago, and that will have to suffice.

Oviila Chapdelaine, [Jack Delaney] was a great boxer/puncher,but he was a drinker too...Not good for a long career...
He holds one great distinction though..Jack Delaney knocked out HOFame
fighter Tiger Flowers three times in "two fights"...He flattened Flowers, twice in a bout on Jan.16,1925, and once in a rematch Feb. 26. 1925,in the fourth round..A great light heavy , but not succes successfull
    with the heavyweights....

Great, but not top 10. That's a pretty elite list to crack. Just my opinion

Top ten, no. Top 20? Maybe. Top 30, I think yes.
