Pretty much unbeatable at cruiserweight when champion, wars with Briggs were some of the best fights I've seen in years, and he has been a solid performer as a heavyweight, can't see y he shouldn't be HOF, there are less accomplished fighters that have been inducted.

Why would he get in? Never has he been considered one of the best fighters out there. He won titles in relatively weak divisions and really doesn't have any marquee wins. Just to give some perspective, Zab Judah is also a two divisional champ. He also was a lineal champ. Zab was also a p4p rated fighter at one point. Would you put Zab in the HOF? I wouldn't.

I can be talked out of that belief (though I do think he's the second best cruiser in history after Holyfield, and one of the very few cruisers to move up to heavyweight and win a title). But my point was, however far along you think Haye is on the path to the Hall, Adamek has a much longer trip than that.

If he was a US fighter then he would probably get in. As it is I doubt he will.

He is more deserving than Gatti or Mcguigan based on achievement and he also has a huge fan base, which is essentially what got those guys into the HOF.

I have no problem with him getting in but won't be bothered if he doesn't make it.

The man is a true warrior and legend in his country, of course, a credit to the sport.

trust you to get it wrong yet again.

maybe if you watch Adamek as a LHW and Cruiser, you'd see some beast ****ing fights that went down. he was a warrior back then. it's just his Heavyweight run that makes people forget.

Dawson did put something of a master class on Adamek.

forget about the performances that Dawson became known for later on. here he did his job properly.

and the team of Adamek made it public that the weight issue at LHW wasn't true. they moved up because they knew they couldn't beat Dawson. which is fair enough.

adamek was far too cautious against dawson. once he finally started throwing, he almost got him out of there.

Tomasz couldn't fight Haye because he'd already moved up when Tomasz got there.

he was cautious with Dawson. but he knew he'd be counted if he opened up.

he knocked Dawson down, but he never came close to stopping him.

i got your point. but to say Haye was the second best cruiserweight ever? he had 2 title fights at cruiserweight and a record of 22-1.
the only reason he won a "title" at heavyweight is because he didnt have to fight the champion to get that title....we all saw him get shut out when he actually fought for the heavyweight title against the heavyweight champion
adamek nor haye are not hall of famers :-(
