Should Tyson be stripped of his titles for testing positive?

He should definitely be stripped of his belts. As far as banning, I think a suspension is more appropriate. Say a year or possibly two years and upon return from a suspension he goes to back of the pack of challengers.

The biggest problem with Fury is the entirety of his behavior. Drugs aside, he has wasted a lot of people's time and money and turned his championship status into a carnival sideshow. He's a blight on boxing. The man needs serious psychological help, drug treatment and a lengthy hiatus from the fight business.

If I was a promoter I'd want nothing to with him. He has zero credibility and in economic terms he has gone from a AAA bond rating to worse than junk bond status. His days of headlining or being the featured fighter on a card are certainly done with for a long time. He's unbankable in the business of boxing.

I don't give a **** about the cocaine. It's almost certainly more of a detriment than a benefit to him anyway.

And I don't really give a **** about the nandrolone as all athletes take/have taken PEDs. (And I maintain we still don't have enough information on Fury's results.) Go gripe about an obvious abuser like Joshua if this bothers you.

I only care about how little effort he's making to stay active. This fight should've happened like 8 months ago, and now it sounds like he'll be out of the picture indefinitely.

If he won't fight, then yeah, strip him.

One of the greatest champions in the heavy weight division? HAHAHAHA
He is good but he is no where close as good as those in the past (Ali, Foreman, Mike Tyson, etc)

I just wanna say that Boxed Ears is the greatest poster in the history of BF24.

He consistently demonstrates more insight into what's happening in the boxing scene than anybody around. If the mainstream says one thing, he knows that the opposite is likely true, and he will come out with insightful arguments as to why that is the case. He has been doing his thing since most here were just puppies.

B.E. doesn't have fear of the unwashed masses of critics trying to take him down. There's a force within him, a yearning for the truth, a need for the light to shine forth. And shine forth it does, like the atomic bomb of clarity, and the facts are that if you don't see it like he does, then you are just blinded by his logic.

    Preach it, Boxed Ears!

    Amen.
