To generate more worldwide interest in his very dominant reign as Heavyweight champion, should Wlad emulate Joe Louis in the early 1940s or Ali in 1966, by fighting frequently and cleaning out the division?

Wlad could do this by fighting every six to eight weeks for 18 to 24 months. The fights should be in the opponents home country to maximize television, fan, and press interest.

    Examples.

    1. David Haye in London.

    2. Tomas Adamek in Poland or New Jersey

    3. James Toney in Las Vegas

    4. Alexander Povetkin in Germany

    5. Chris Arreola in Los Angeles

    6. Nicolai Valuev in Russia or Germany

    7. Sam Peter in New York or Atlantic City

    8. David Tua in Australia / New Zealand

    9. Shannon Briggs in New York City

    10. Dennis Boystov in Germany

He could knock out all 10 of them and still get zero respect here at ESB.

If he is impressive and he gets television coverage, he would clearly be recognized by more fans as a dominant champion.

He needs to be much more active and fight all over the globe.

I'm no Klit fan, but hasn't he been cleaning up for the last 5 years?!

To an extent. But he has been fighting only once or twice a year. Not enough to generate public attention since he does not have a "marquee" opponent to face.

He's a good face for the sport. I'd like to see him try and restore pride in the heavyweight championship. He's the perfect man to do that.

Should that be Toney at Dunkin Donuts Headquarters?

Oh hell, Have Wlad do a three-fer against Peter, Toney, and Arreola at the Dunkin Donuts Centre in Providence. That would be sweet.

He has to beat Chambers first, and Chambers is an opponent that should not be overlooked.

He's basically cleaned out the HW division and he's still not popular. He never will be popular with the Americans or everyone worldwide, get a clue.

Funny most boxing fans say his dominant reign over the heavyweight division is killing the heavyweight division.
