He should be stripped. Forget the fact that he failed one drug test and refused to take another. That alone is enough for him to be stripped. But then you add in the fact that he has pulled out of TWO title defenses and it make it a no brainer. It would be well over a year before he even had his FIRST title defense. Way too long. The show must go on. It can't wait on one man. Especially one man that isn't dedicated and serious about fighting.
