Should we as fans of this great sport be helping promote The PBC?

Similar to how hardcore fans of the UFC made that company what it is today when they signed their TV deal with Fox. Fans showing support through social media, definitely helped build Zuffa's fanbase. Should we as hardcore boxing fans be trying to do the same thing through social media with a boxing platform like the PBC? The PBC making boxing more easily available to everybody with free cards on Spike, Bounce, CBS, NBC, ESPN, and sister channels we the fans can make a difference just like UFC fans did. Don't you guys think we should try to make a difference in building up boxing's fanbase, so it really doesn't die one day?

    What do you guys think?

I'm not a fan of Haymon or PBC, but I watch all of their shows, but I also watch all of Top Rank, Golden Boy, Hearn, Sauerland, CP Freshmart, Russian, Japanese, Mexican and occasionally even Argentine card I can find, so I'm not the best person to ask.

I like PBC. They have alot of high profile boxers under their brand and are finally starting to match the best with the best. A lot of people predicted it would have died off by now, but it's just starting to pick up ground and meeting the expectations, and next year their first quarter events are stacked as ****.

I just watch boxing. I don't particularly care where it is. Right now I prefer those Russian cards though. Not a lot of clinching, the fights don't seem like mismatches, I haven't seen anyone get robbed. That's what I love to see in the sport.

If it´s a good card, then yes.
I loved their FS1 cards. As a fan, one should pay attention to the up and coming talent(and it´s fun to see a career progress).

Yes it is. In fact a fighter that I watched for the past 4 years got KO'd on a PBC card. Sad but now I get to see how he rebounds.

I was referring more to getting word of mouth on social media platforms like Twitter going on easily accessible cards the PBC has to offer. Not saying we should **** off on GB, TR, Hearn etc, the excitement hardcore fans shown for UFC being on Fox helped create new fans as much as the shows did. It doesn't really matter if we like Haymon or not, the PBC is the easiest way right now to create new fans for the sport of boxing in America. That's all I'm saying.

Aw that's heartbreaking, but it so interesting to watch a fighter grow like that. You become so invested in them. Even if they aren't the best fighter or involved in a megafight your emotional attachment to their matches just enhances whatever fight they have.

Yeah, those Russian cards are producing some good fights. Even some of the British cards have been fun!

    I give PBC about a 6.5/10.
Boxing back on free TV here in USA is a MASSIVE step in the right direction.
I want PBC to succeed it has to step its game up to gain more fans. Consistently match top fighters and don't over pay fighters for mediocre match ups.

We the fans should get a petition to clean up boxing! Fire crooked judges, referees, boxing commissions, etc., they could be done if we stick together.............

Kevin Watts. I watched him and his twin brother come out the gate but Tevin loss a few times and fought to a few draws so I think he gave it up. Kevin was on a roll but like Amir Imam he folded to that Mexican pressure that was put on him to the body and head. He started fading.

Damn. Homie looked like he started off good, but probably got overwhelmed. I have never heard of the guy though.
