This. I like Wilder also, but the amount of voluntary defenses he was getting was ridiculous. I’m also glad he stepped up and had the matches with Ortiz and Fury.

Now it’s Crawford’s time to step up, since I’m already starting to lose interest in him at 147. If he really wants it he can make a fight happen with Spence, Porter, or even Amir Khan, who despite being past prime is still a level above Benavidez or Horn.

So what? People change their minds over time. Boxing is a sport where fighters can win over new fans in one round of boxing.

Ironically it was about that time that i really started to doubt Wilder. All these fights were all of a sudden really hard to make and instead he turned to the gatekeepers of the division. Where i really got to see that his power kept getting him out of trouble.

There are better targets for a thread like this (i.e. Bud, the Charlos, Zurdo, etc.) than Wilder, as he stepped up this year in taking two difficult fights. Say what you will about Ortiz and a 50% Fury... they aren't bums. He could have just as easily remained a novelty act until he got to 52-0 or whatever, because the WBC would've gladly kept feeding him cans.

Also, I think he deserves some credit for agreeing to fight Povetkin in Moscow before the failed drug test. That version of Vityaz was a bad mother****er who was knocking big guys out left and right.

While Deontay isn't the sharpest guy (as evidenced by his stubborn unwillingness/inability to adjust to Fury's style), he fights with genuine passion (as evidenced by that 12th round knockdown)... For better or worse, he's got a playground brawler's mentality, which makes for exciting fights.

So like the idiot you are you go around attacking everyone posters and fighters knowing that there's a good chance that fighter WILL change as the career moves along just to start mindless arguments in the meantime and THINK it makes you look intelligent ? :babeando:

You really are easily the top DUM DUM on the forum I have to award you that, not even CST can come close..... !

The funny thing is depite you looking foolish on purpose ,you actually got it right with Wilder then proved yourself wrong by defending him...THINK about that. :imwithstupid:

Brush up on your grammar before accusing others of being ''dum dums'' you stupid invalid.

    You are obsessed with CST.

Why are you so infatuated with his views as well as my own?

People's opinion change. We're not all hard headed morons who are afraid of changing their views because they don't want to admit or be seen as wrong.

That's the difference between a supporter and a fanatic.

Also criticism can sometimes drive fighters to improve and prove them wrong. Which is what Wilder has done along with many other fighters after being written off.

Crawford needs to understand that if he truly wants to be considered a great fighter within the hardcore boxing community who are not impressed by hype and soundbites, that he needs to step it up and move on from chasing the likes of collazo and amir khan and start fighting prime capable welterweights in true 50/50 fights.

The same goes for your hero Joshua, who is content with fighting Russian midgets and old corpses. That's why he's now known as the chicken. Until he steps up his opposition he will deserve all the harsh criticism which comes his way.

I have never seen a prediction that you have made for Fury/wilder but from what I understand from what I have seen other posters say (and I could be very wrong), but you predicted an early Wilder KO.
Why now do you think Fury is a step up now? Had Fury have been blown out in a few rounds people wouldnt have rated him and said he was out of shape and it was too soon for a top opponent. You obviously (if those comments are correct) were not thinking of Fury as a top HW when the fight was made.
I think you have been dragged along by hype more than many others. Im sure you will disagree and say not so because you scored for Wilder but the fact that you are now rating fury so much as saying you are giving Wilder credit for stepping up when Fury had been away for a while and still dropping weight

You can ask the poster Braindamage(a poster without an agenda who doesn't lie) who asked me for my prediction and I said it was a 50/50 and that would be Wilder's toughest test but eventually Wilder would come out on top and knock fury out. I have no reason to lie on a forum.

I didn't just start suddenly talking fury up after the fight.

That would be the other morons who like you said, already had their excuses ready about how poor Fury i for when Wilder was to be awarded as the winner.

Sephiroth is an alt of the guy ( can't remember the name) he bet the whole forum that Joshua would lose to Charles Martin. He took ''real cash'' bets with anyone who wanted one. Claiming he was a super rich gambler. He tried to ride it out for a few weeks claiming the fight was a fix so he didnt have to pay. One day he dissapears then this account pops up with the exact same posting style.

Some will remember.... He's just a belt welching troll.

Look we cant blame a girl for changing her mind, Im sure youve all taken one cloths shopping before. But since she posted this thread time has moved on and things have happened and i can see how an opinion can change. Im sure my opinion of Wilder has changed in that time also, hes actually worse than i thought he was.

But one thing this thread does do is show Stephanie can go to extremes, yeah back then Wilder was a protected ducker but hes isnt the 1st and he wont be the last, frustrating i know, everybody was but to demand he got his licence revoked and other punishments is going too far. He wasnt breaking any laws but Steph here wanted maximim punishment. Now she has changed her tune on Wilder which is fair enough but now she attacks Joshua and Hearn like they crapped in her purse and stole her lipstick, shes back to another extreme.

So when we read her threads we just need to remember she is prob sat there foaming at the mouth with hatred in her eyes like its a full moon or something but if you can look past the hate talk and extremes you can just about pick out what her actual points are. Unfortunately she is still talking a load of nonsense but that cant be helped she is an idiot.
