Should Witter now go to 147 & get decapitated to finish out his career?

Cotto's body work will break Oscar down and deplete his already dodgy stamina. He'll work his way inside behind the jab where Oscar won't be able to get leverage on his Left hook (Cotto's biggest concern).

Cotto is far superior on the inside and will break DLH down with body shots (Oscar can be hurt badly to the body) and probably stop him late on accumilation. I should also add that DLH will be pretty drained at Welter which will also put him at a big disadvantage.

Why would Bradley give witter a rematch?

What would be the incentive, he won convincingly enough and noone wanted to fight Witter with a belt, let alone without.

Try to get a rematch with Bradley. Even if he has to go through Ricky to get one.

Berto/Cotto can come in 2010. If he continues to win, he'll be the mandatory in a couple sanctioning bodies in all likelihood.

:good, I was thinking the same thing after the post. Also one question for u being a kronk boy. Do u think Andy Lee still has a chance, because I just got done watching the fight with Vera and he has the tools, but need to throw that right more after his jab. Also watch Gamoa last fight it was impressive. I need set of these fighters, but no one seems to have them

Lee has a chance to become a solid middleweight, just needs more seasoning. His problem is mainly stiffness; he doesn't look to comfortable in the right yet. Peter Quillin and Daniel Jacobs look more impressive in this regard. If Lee can work this out, he can go from there. Throwing his jab with conviction would be a great idea because he could maintain a distance between himself and shorter fighters and occupy them for the straight left hand. You're right about the right hook - he's got to let it go after the straight left. His defense needs work too. Like a lot of Steward trained fighters as of late (Taylor, Cintron), Lee keeps his hands low, but lacks the head movement to be considered a sound defensive fighter. He's got to get his hands up and pick shots off or work on head movement. Ducking under shots and angling himself away off the backfoot to keep distance would be smart as well because it's clear he has major issues on the inside.

Steward shouldn't have hyped him up so much. High expectations lead to disappointment more often than not, especially with prospects.

Are you looking for a career set of Gamboa?

A Witter/Hatton would of been pure torture! There styles of fighting would of made on hell of an ugly fight.

Yes I am looking for a Gamboa career set, but he only has had nine fights and I paid 21 for a Pavlik set with 13 fights. But I wont go over that, I have a kahn set and I want to compare them if they ever go head to head. Also thank you about andy Lee, I see alot and he came in at 158 against Vera, so do you think 154 would be better for him or is that to much weight for his frame?

Junior Witter is exactly the type of fighter I hate. Waiting, looking to move back, throw a quick counter, then grab or run away, keeping his belt high so he doesn't have to worry about body shots - the quintissential safety first guy that bores me to tears. I don't ever want to see him again, period.

That's why no one was ever high on the guy except for people that disliked Hatton. The only thing Witter is remembered for is running a marathon in the ring against Judah then turning down a fight with Cotto and now losing to Bradley, someone that has never beaten a top 50 opponent before.
