Should Wladamirs Holding tactics be allowed?

1. No holding tactics should be allowed by any fighter

2. If they hold persistently, they should be warned

Wlad clearly needs to be warned by a ref. You cant blame him if they let him get away with it but the fact of the matter is he clinches the moment anyways comes within 2 feet of him.
