Wish he'd throw his right hand properly again, he threw it with venom about once against Povetkin. I thought he'd maybe damaged it!

Pulev is a powerless nobody, the Klittards boosts his name to make Wlad look good when he bombs him out...This is getting old...

This makes me think that Klitschko is scared somehow to face Pulev. Kubrat is his mandatory challenger so Wlad has no choice to fight him. He has beaten contenders as Ustinov, Thompson and Dimitrenko so he deserves to fight Klitschko next. Pulev is not a nobody, but ranked #1 in the list of contenders. I honestly cannot believe Klitschko said this to ESPN.

Pulev is the NO.1 HW contender in the world and Wlads mando.

Wlad has handpicked far worse guys than Pulev for voluntary fights. He's full of ****.
He fights a guy like Leapai and then says Pulev is not worthy.
    He is an absolute joke.

Wlad is scared of Pulev, he knows Corrie Sanders II is comming.. Kubrat ain't some fat, slow bum, which Klinchko likes to fight.

Pulev is a good fighter as far as today's heavyweights are concerned, but Wlad will have very little trouble with this guy. He simply doesn't have the power or speed to be a serious threat.

Then why wouldn`t he deal with Pulev now? I am almost sure K2 will pay huge money to WBC to make Stiverne defend against Wlad first. I have been saying it for a long time and it is so obvious that K2 are manipulating the entire HW division. The rankings mean nothing for them, the mandos as well. F@#k u Wlad, f..k you Vitali

I dont think Wlad should be scared of Pulev but he has the tools to cause him problems.

first his got a very good jab and being almost 6'5 he has the size to actually use it against Wlad

his physcially a big guy and and Wlad wont be able to exploit the size advantages he has against some opponents

his got a decent chin and built like a pitbull, however her shouldnt do what povetkin did and go in low, he need to stand tall and use his jab.

if Pulev can get his jab working , then he will have a better chance to use his inside game

No matter who Wlad fights it will be the wrong person. He can't keep everyone happy. I would rather see him unify the title and then fight this fight, but if it goes the other way that's fine to. The time to unify the belt is now though, or else king will high jack the belt like he did with Juan Ruiz.

Agreed. Wlad is 38, he doesn't have a ton of time left. He can't be as patient as he was with acquiring the WBA belt, or he will retire (whether by choice or by force) before the opportunity to fight for the WBC title comes about.

I fully understood putting the Pulev fight off until the summer, when they can fight in an outdoor stadium (60,000+ people), but the September 6th date is so late, it doesn't quite make sense. If it was late July/early August instead he could get another fight in before the end of the year.

The fact is that Pulev has earned his mandatory status by defeating Dimitrenko, Ustinov, and Thompson, no question, but he also only has 20 fights. People on this site are acting like Wlad has been avoiding him for years. It makes no sense. People forget the circumstances that led us to this point. Vitali decided to retire in the fall, which then lead to the Stiverne/Arreola fight. Had Wladimir known earlier the exact sequence of events, I am sure he would have maneuvered such that there were no obstacles to the fight with the Stiverne/Arreola winner.

Exactly, first of all by saying that Pulev is inexperienced and he still beat Ustinov is pure dissing of Ustinov who is K2 managed. That makes Ustinov sound like a joke (not for a moment I thought the two brothers are giving a f*** about Ustinov). Also saying that Pulev is inexperienced is full of crap statment. Who is more experienced?? Maybe Steverne is a lot more experienced? Or maybe Deontay Wilder who got like 12 amateur fights and has been fighting homless people and cab drivers? Or maybe Leapai was more experienced? F*** that ****, Wlad is scared shitless.

Oh i feel so good when i read all of this negative comment about Wlad after he destroy Pulev.
And most of this guy who say Wlad is scared is gone or simply saying Pulev is a bum and take on another hero like Fury or Wilder ....
