Hi, I realise I always start off really well but then my shoulders always get tired freaking fast. I thought this would improve by just forcing myself all the time but im experiencing really limited results. I think I am still quite snappy when Im fresh, and I would like to continue that for 3 rounds, or 2 and a half rounds at least.
I have a few weight plates at home and im thinking of using that to build endurance (no idea what the exercises are called but im thinking of doing one where I have 2 5kg weight plates and lift them to the side, and one where i push a 10kg weight plate infront of me and at a 45 degree angle for 1min30 slowly building up to 3x3 minute rounds.
Any more exercises I can do?

Do speedbag, rope skipping, and when punching heavybag always keep your hands up. When shadowboxing, throw more punches with full speed and power, (always keep your hands up) And pushups helps too, so you need to do some shoulder conditioning exercises.

The main key is to get your shoulders up, keep hands high, throw more punches, that you feel burning in your shoulders.

Use your arms less and your legs more. You can train your arms all day and night, but you don't punch with your arms if you're doing it properly. The less you use your legs and trunk the more you are using and tiring your arms out and putting unnecessary forces on your shoulders and elbows.

This is what I would suggest, I would also highly advice against shadowboxing with full speed and power... that **** can **** up your joints.

shadow box with 1-2lb weights. if you choose to do this remember the goal is to throw the punch not to throw a hard punch or a fast punch rather go for quantity
