So I'm sparring today with a guy who's much better than me. I just staggered him with a straight left, so I've got a big ****in' hardon as I go in.

I go to follow with a 1-2, and as I come in with the left (I'm a southpaw), he comes in with a straight right, his arm hits my arm... and POP my shoulder flies out. Took me a while to get it back in.

So my question is, who's got shoulder issues? My shoulder has been screwed up for a long time, and this is the first time it popped out, although it nearly did a couple times before.

How do you remedy them? Any rotator cuff exercises to help? How's it worked out? I like keeping my damn arm on my body... that **** hurt, and I know once you do it once, you're more susceptible to it. This only tends to happen when I'm sparring... no problems with either heavy bag or mitts.

    Stories? Advice?

If i was you id consult a physician. Rotator cuff injuries are NO JOKE. They can end a career depending on the severity. But they also need professional rehab advice and tons of rest.

nxt time, take it easy on your sparring partner. It looks like he retaliated after
    you staggered him.
