Isn't the likely outcome of a controversial fight like that a rematch? Why did Pacquiao so aggressively sign to fight Algieri next? Shouldn't Provo had been granted a chance to win back his title, sheesh a lot of people think he won the fight, landed the harder punches, knocked Chris down, swelled the guys eye like a grapefruit, why is Manny even involved in this, don't he have bigger fishes to fry?
Damned straight, but Bob runs shiit on that side of the game, and Chris got a career payday, Manny got a credible stay busy fight, vs a worthy oppnent coming off 3 very credible wins. But you can rest assured that the paydays will continue for Algeri. He's got potential clashes with Alvarado, Rios, Chaves....all of which he'd school, and then him and Provo can have them their rematch.:deal
Light puncher Coming off one big win Never fought a real WW --- I guess he hits multiple boxes on the checklist.
algeiri did beat provonikov , i thought it was clear and couldnt be given to provodvikov he just gave away way too many rounds, that said its clearly a soft touch fight for manny, thers absolutley **** all at top rank id still rather have seen pac provoknov even though he lost
Who should Manny be fighting then???? Manny would love it to be Mayweather instead but we all know Floyd aint got the balls. In saying that I do think Provodnikov deserves a rematch with Algieri though. You cannot blame Algieri taking the Paquaio fight instead though Big $$$ big opportunity
