He's having a year off travelling. This guy takes more breaks than Ronnie O'Sullivan.

So i'm i making up, Nigel Benn vs Chris Eubank I 15 Million Live, that was the number ive seen creep up time and time again, i may not be totally right...but the numbers where very big. It was back then the biggest domestic fight, and it still is today...!

Danny Williams vs Audley Harrison did 8 Million Viewers Live..!

    http://theboxingbulletin.blogspot.com/2009/10/british-scene-prizefighter-heavyweights.html

Audley Harrison in Great Britian...love him or hate him, is a House Hold name...! fact.

Over 85% of his career was on BBC, ITV...then going back to in the day..you had the Olympics that did massive numbers...!!!

David Haye has to "Chat ****" on TV Shows like Johnathan Ross and Paul O ****ing Grady.......

People may remember him being beat down by Carl Thompson on BBC Grand Stand, years back...

    I do..

    So..............

    Ricky Hatton

    Amir Khan

    Audley Harrison

Are the only house hold names boxing has...that are active.

Danny Williams is just just outside...

Firstly, I am pretty sure Benn vs Eubank II was much bigger, not a better fight, but much bigger in terms of viewing figures than their first fight. You laugh at Haye being on Jonathan Ross, well both of them appeared on a show presented by Ross to build up the fight.

Haye had the same exposure as Audley on the BBC, including his world amateur tourney where he got to the final. Audley is now old news, Haye is the 'new kid on the block' - people have short memories and won't remember Audley now, whilst Haye was in all the papers and on TV shows just recently which would make him the more 'household' name now.

What was his World Amatuer Tournament on..? BBC Grant Stand.. Good old ****ing Grand Stand.

    Same exsposure..? For ****ing real..?

Audley Harrison was on BBC prime time tele....

The World Amatuer Tournament does not compare, does not come anywhere near comparing with the Olympics..! does not come anywhere near...!

Yeh and i know the show your....talking about with Johnathan Ross & Benn/Eubank.

But that was a show, was made for them...! It was made for Benn vs Eubank.

David Haye appeared on the "Friday Night with Johnathan Ross", not the same thing..! I was not mocking this appearance, i was just bringing it up. If David Haye had the same exsposure as Audley Harrison...

Why could'nt he get on the Johnathan Ross Show before his title bout..?

    Why...why..?

Because he was'nt a household name, and he still is'nt really a house hold name.

Nowhere near as big as Lennox Lewis or Frank Bruno when they where champions....

    No..

Because thats what the British Public do.....jump on a small bang Wagon and give blinded support.

Is that woman from the last Olympics, the one who won 2 Gold Medals in "swimming" a house hold name..????? whats her name Rebecca..?

She was also on the Johnathan Ross Show after the Olympics...

Yes i said i got carried away with the Prize Fighter comment.....then i posted a linked which backed up Audley Harrison vs Danny Williams...being a massive fight.

    8 Million Viewers live..

That swimming girl was not a house hold name, at the time she went on the Johnathan Ross Show..? Its just what the British Public do, we are that **** at Olympic Sport "Sometimes"... that we have to bum any medalists.

    Even **** medalists...

Audley Harrison is our last Heavyweight Olympic Gold Medalist, at a time when boxing was BIGGER..! There was'nt that much MMA around...!

Everyone knows who Audley Harrison is....

Most, including non boxing fans, think of Harrison as the complete joke figure of boxing. He has the kind of reputation which would see him head hunted for a role of Panto Villain.

He is better known than Haye JUST NOW but he is not remembered for his gold medal, instead he is known as a deluded, heartless fighter.

Not being harsh as I like the fact he's deluded.....thats what makes me a fan of him,he cracks me up.

Hayes on course to making it really big it must be said.
