Casual fans don't tend to watch/pay-attention to under card fights, though. Sure, some casual fans probably heard of him, but casual fans in the US constitute a tremendous number of potential "buys", and I'm telling you - by and large, they have no idea who the hell Canelo is.

He is as unknown as Ghost Guerrero was to them last time out.

Guys like Cotto, Mosley, Pacquiao - they know who they are. Not Canelo.

    Lol.

You don't seem to understand the implications of this. Less money being paid out means less money being paid into your economy.

Considering your claims, you also don't seem to have much insight into your foreign policy and how important that is to the health of your economy.

Apparently you also don't understand that many of the jobs created are part-time and that your labor force participation rate is, (as I previously stated), the lowest since the Carter administration.

You don't seem to grasp how economics work.

How did you get your CFP?

Yes, and what about new construction, both residential and commercial... And yes the gdp growth rate is around the low 2% area, not great, but considering where we were it isnt bad. You cant expect a rebound from where we were at. -3ish% to 4-5%. It just doesn't happen baring a development resulting in an economic boom.

dude your so confused! Are u telling me Guerrero is as popular as Canelo??? :huh:huh:lol::lol:

Oh just stop. everybody and there mom saw Canelo beat Mosley last year because it was Cinco De Mayo, how u think Mayweather-Cotto did 1.5?? Some people saw him beat Lopez but alot of people saw him beat Trout and Trout is a solid fighter who was undefetad and beat Cotto who everybody knows, especailly Casual fans.

and your talking about Americans, well every black person is gonna watch the fight plus most Black people know who Canelo is because hes been on undercards and watch boxing.

Plus were not even talking Garcia-Matthysse who all hardcore fans know and a few Casual fans. 2.2-5 Easy!! Bump the thread afterwards but you probably wont because your gonna look dumb. what do you think its gonna do anyways??

was it ever confirmed that ShowTime lost money on the Guerrero fight? I mean these ppl are getting paid to spend days or weeks coming up with a way to make profit, I doubt they would sign the Mayweather contract without being 99% sure they would make a profit.

TJ is not about recssion, when people wants something they buy it, thats simple. Everybody wants to see this fight. so people will round up and throw fight partys and throw money, its that simple. A&M-Alabam is going down as the highest ticket to a college gamer ever!! Guess what??? SOLDOUT!! Pretty simple bro. 2 million buys easy

The clouds parted and it fell from the sky... Just like anyone else, I studied my ass off while working as a Financial adviser, which to become that I had to pass the Series 7, 66, and Health & Life insurance exams. And yes, they are part time jobs which has its pros and cons. A con is they aren't receiving the benefits that say a full time employee would be qualified for. BUT this means they have to invest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And not all into a cushy 401k plan which typically lower yielding. This means they are going out and hopefully putting some money into higher risk securities, which has the potential to fuel more growth. Much more could be said about these high risk securities and how they have potential to allow for more growth, but I'm not going to write a text book.
Hasnt been mentioned, but yes our debt is out of this world. Honestly though if you think all that will be paid back... you're foolish.

I came at you the wrong way.

I probably shouldn't say anything, but the Syrian crisis...
    .

It's not about chemical weapons, it's about the control of Iran.

Iran is an integral part of a foreign policy that involves gaining control of Central Asia, and eventually Eastern Russia.

The way I see it, the US has two options.

    1) War, risking total annihilation, likely in the form of an EMP which would kill about 300 million Americans within a year.

2)) Accept defeat, and suffer economically for roughly 40 years until the wages of developing nations rise enough, and US wages fall enough, to be globally competitive.

There is no other way around this. You either go to war and hundreds of millions of people die or you suffer through a period of depression and social unrest, unlike anything you would have imagined possible in your lifetime.

Personally...and while you may not agree...I believe there is a Biblical connotation with all of this.

“This message came to me concerning Damascus: ‘Look, Damascus will disappear! It will become a heap of ruins. The cities of Aroer will be deserted. Sheep will graze in the streets and lie down unafraid. There will be no one to chase them away. The fortified cities of Israel will also be destroyed, and the power of Damascus will end. The few left in Aram will share the fate of Israel’s departed glory,’ says the Lord Almighty.”

    Isaiah 17:1-3

If this is the case, fear not, salvation is near.
