Was thinking the same thing. I swear Mexicans of this style are just badass even whilst getting absolutely pounded in the ring. Just the complete lack of ****s given at being hit time and time again and looking like they do not give a slightest iota about whether they land their punches or not. Just throw **** it.

Roman switching to southpaw frome time to time and he is looking great there. Flroes is receiving a first class beatdown here. Losing 12 rounds clearly is one thing, but nearly eating every second power punch the opponent is throwing another.

Fighting is of national pride down there. It breeds badasses.

 

I have it 9 rounds to 1 for Román, but 99 to 1 in terms of percentage chance to win at this point. Flores isn't pulling a knockout from his ass here. Román's still too fresh, too durable and Flores simply not a good enough puncher to land the equalizer (or change the fight with a single blow, however big, even if he could). Corner should be merciful and stop this.

 

Steve Farhood has it 99-91 Román, except halfway through it was a shutout on his card meaning he gave Flores a round somewhere in the 7th-10th (not sure there was reasonably one to be found in that stretch)
