Exactly. I don’t understand where these people are getting at with Thurman. He’s a 6 round fighter who then becomes a bicyclist the remaining 6 and he always waits for guys to diminish before he “challenges” someone and he’s currently ducking Spence.

You hate a guy, okay but claiming nonsense isn’t going to help the situation. The dude was letting Ghost comeback and popping him with stuff. Sometimes is over here allowing himself to get stripped for a reason.

I just don't think Thurmans heart's in it anymore, seems to have lost the hunger. I wouldn't be surprised if Spence blasted him out relatively quickly, he might have to eat a few counters on the way in but I can't see Thurman dealing with that body attack.

 

Thurman has the resume, so it's hard to take anything away from him at this point. Like it or not, you got to beat him to take his spot, and hopefully we'll see soon enough.if Spence is the best or not.

 

resume is not even half of what i take into consideration when predicting where a division stands right now. like most things in life, timing is everything, and a fighters abilities are always changing. spence is at his absolute peak, thurman is on a hard slide down. just watch how this plays out and you will recognize it when it happens again in the future, because it happens all the time.

 

Resume means he's proven, and if you don't take that into consideration, you should. I like Spence and he's a beast but the real proving ground comes when he fight the best fighters, but I don't see any of the best anxious to get into the ring with him either. I'll keep hoping some of these top guys will give him the opportunity to prove his worth. Only time will tell.

 

why presumptuous? you love picking the underdog and analyzing how he is going to win, are you being presumptuous or just trolling?
i think i know where thurman is, and know where hes headed, as i do spence. spence puts a dreadful beating on keith and makes him quit, crawford makes him look outclassed.

 

Who's Carlos ocampo??

 

He should be back to fighting high class competition in 3 to 5 years.
