Lara is tapping out a rhythm on the guard with the jab and occasionally changing his elevation and speed to score it on the face. Lara is getting caught with right hands now at mid-range, though, with alarming regularity. Lara tries scurrying in close to get inside Hurd's chest, too close in theory for him to be effective. Hurd spanking him lightly, going all body when they're in the waltz. Lara breaks free and tries his 1-2s, scoring it past the lazy half-retracted double jab of Hurd but getting tagged with counter-countering rights when Hurd changes it up and only throws singles.
