    Castaño is surging in with thunderous straight combos, but Lara is wriggling and juking to slip nearly all the punches, then beelining into a corner and setting up to pike Castaño with a counter 1-2. Hectic pressure from Castaño, but getting sloppy. Lara clinching & releasing. Nice accurate right jab from Lara. Castaño shoeshines him on the ropes and flaps at the sides of his body. Lara is caught by a couple of looping rights on the side of the head while sitting on the ropes. Lara flurries his way free and runs to an adjacent set of ropes, landing some counters on Castaño but then getting drowned in leather with light slaps. Castaño gassed but giving his all, slugging away until the bell, dogging Lara.

    7-5 Lara. I think won with clean punching, but left it too close for comfort by allowing castano to win the last two on activity.

    Same reason Lara hasn’t been able to truly be a top pfp fighter.
