Shield and Ward video was a clear indication she wasn’t as good as everyone made her

I was of a thought that Shields would be too much for Braekhus because she is 3 weight classes bigger, but after seeing her now for the first time, Cecilia got this one on pure skill, any day.

We saw that Gabriel >>>>> Shields in terms of skill; if she wasn't 2 divisions naturally smaller Hanna could've knocked her out.

...and as much as I like Hanna, Cece >>>>> Hanna. :deal:

Sorry. First woman night of boxing I’ve watched in probably 15 years. Regardless you have no rebuttal with my expert break down of what occurred tonight because I’m on point. You guys over think when you score. In tonight’s case it came down to shields virtually winning every exchange after getting knocked down. Nothing complicated about it. There’s no corruption. There’s no conspiracies. No need for race card. Very simple matter.

    @TheyDontBoxNoMore7 in a nutshell

In the field of psychology, the Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias in which people of low ability have illusory superiority and mistakenly assess their cognitive ability as greater than it is. The cognitive bias of illusory superiority comes from the metacognitive inability of low-ability people to recognize their lack of ability; without the self-awareness of metacognition, low-ability people cannot objectively evaluate their actual competence or incompetence.

Here's my halfhearted expert rebuttal, because it doesn't take much to rebut it. Claressa was swinging like an idiotic unskilled wild woman, barely connecting with most of her shots, with Gabriels either landing clean shots to the body or countering in between the flurries with clean shots, or landing clean counters during them, at times she was backing Shields up landing on her, after her wild flurries where little connected, while she was attempting the Philly shell, unsuccessfully. No, you're not on point, you paid little attention to the details, and you reflexively scored for the aggressor, that seems to happen all the time with you, unless its GGG that's the aggressor of course.

You guys have your own system of scoring and this is why this board produces the most biased outlandish articles. This board always comes to mostly 3 conclusions. Corruption, conspiracy and race. This along with many other threads is proof majority of people here just don’t know what the hell theyre talking about and what to look for when watching fights.
clarissa landed the most clean shots. You already screwed up on your first point.

I think Hammer beat Shields..too technically sound. She's only missing the left hook, but everything else is spot on. Her uppercuts, the punch that dropped Shields, are a thing of beauty. As a American (a Black man at that) , my money is on Hammer for the kill.

I can't wait to bet on this fight...the odds makers will make Shields the favorite, I'm going to make a killing.

Agreed. It was evident that Hanna couldn't deal with size/strength disadvantage, but she still managed to hang on and score counters. Shields attacks wildly and opens herself a lot. It was only her size that prevented her from being knocked out. Hanna did the best she could.

Cecilia might not be able to hurt Shields either because she is even smaller, but in terms of skills she is light years ahead.

What? Now do you trust Compubox all of a sudden? I screwed up nothing, I scored clean shots landed, some rounds that was Claressa, other rounds that was Gabriels. Which is why I had it near a draw Einstein. You have to have a keen eye to see what IB and I see, evidently you don't.

No. You clearly don’t know what a clean punch is. Seriously what are you watching fights on. If it’s on a computer screen or a small tv I suggest an upgrade. That fight was too easy not to screw up but per usual, you guys can’t handle a simple job. I don’t care that you and ib think a cat is a dog bro. Once again, if you truly believe your own bs, I implore you and IB write articles for this site explaining your stance to an outside audience. You’re going to be laughing stocks.

Here’s your chance for the world to see you’re correct. Tell Kevin here his score is **** and watch when people pounce on your stupidity.

Blind leading the blind here because you dudes stay here too much and think you’re pariahs or something. It’s actually quite hilarious. Seriously go make your case on another medium other than here so you can understand just how dumb you guys are on simple matters. We all know neither of you have the balls for that though.

We write articles because we know **** about Boxing, the outside world are casuals, and usually don't know **** about Boxing, and tonight's asinine braying and autistic screeching from you, is proving that you don't know **** about Boxing either. Give it a rest. You're a fanboy, nothing more, nothing less. You showed up for an easy score job, didn't pay close attention because its women's boxing, had a **** scorecard, didn't even know how long the match was, and when the two most reliable scorers on the site calls BS on your scorecard, after you call us out, instead of just sucking it up n and moving on, no, you choose to argue like a maniac over something that's completely insignificant to you, because you love to fight.

For the record, both of us actually knew who Hanna Gabriels was before the match, someone you and Kevin Iole in all likelihood, had never heard of. I don't give a damn about Iole or his score I can guarantee I know more about the world scene than he does at the moment, both in men's and women's boxing. He was being a biased American fanboy just like you.

And its on a 43 inch screen. High Def. Not on a computer. And for the record, my PC monitor is 36 inches.

Send me a link to these articles if you don’t mind. DM if you don’t want your business out in the open or just copy paste the article without your info. Whatever you’re comfortable with. I watch fights on 65 inch 4K Samsung. I think it makes a big difference. Pro tip.

Gabriels won 1,3,7,9 & 10 round 1 10-8 making it 95-94 Gabriels, if you're not just scoring cose rounds to the name fighter.
