Showtime: Claressa Shields vs. Hanna Gabriels & Christina Hammer vs. Tori Nelson RBR.

Yeah I think Pinoy is the best scorer on here.

 

I just watched this card and must say I cannot stand Shields. I don’t like her wild style, her antics in the ring, or her personality one bit.

For her to repeatedly proclaim she is the greatest female fighter ever after just six bouts is pretty ridiculous. Coming from someone who’s been knocked down more times professionally than she’s knocked opponents down, it’s assinine.

I had no idea I’ve seen Gabriels before. She looked nothing like her last fight against Oxandia Castillo, and it didn’t look like it was just the extra six pounds. I was impressed with her yet again though.

Hammer was also very impressive. Did a lot of good things behind the jab, and Nelson was certainly game. I would definitely root for her against Shields. If she fights smart, she should win.

Good night for women’s boxing, hope they put together another nice card that features Shields getting blasted.
