Sky sports reporting all 3 judges had wilder ahead on the cards? I had Ortiz ahead by a minimum 3 at the time of the stoppage. Fair play to Wilder, from the UK and an AJ fan but I think he should stay well clear of Wilder

My question exactly, for seemingly no reason whatsoever the Ref gifted Wilder an extra 15 to 20 seconds recovery time.

Secondly, how the hell did all three judges have Wilder up on the cards after the 9th round, anyone who knows anything about boxing had Ortiz ahead by 3 to 4 rounds except the 3 USA judges!

Props to Wilder for showing great fighting spirit but the chin and the recovery time is very questionable. Ortiz never actually caught Wilder flush, he caught him high on the temple and with glancing blows yet had him out on his feet.
