How many times is the ref going to call break after Whyte for the dozenth time he leans on his back before he starts docking Dillian points?

The ref could have docked points when Whyte hit Chisora after the break, excessive leaning and digging his head in. Yet he only targeted Chisora until he found the perfect excuse to deduct points and completely demoralize the man so he would deviate from his gameplan and get desperate.

Being knocked down doesn't mean you have a bad chin if u get up and continue on... I suppose Fury has a bad chin cause he got knock down twice by Wilder..

Whyte punches hard enough to stop Wilder, AJ and Fury.

Whyte is technically average but he certainly punches hard enough to have a genuine punches chance against all 3.

Whyte is gonna whoop AJ in the rematch!

AJ breaking character there in post commentary. That’s the real
    AJ.

Joshua is pretty cringe worthy, when he approached the ring it was a real eye rolling moment, now he is so keen on fighting Wilder, this should have been happened a while back. terrible commentator as well, he is so condescending in everything he says.

I think Chisora was on borrowed time towards the end of the fight, you could see he was gassed bad and Whyte was looking fresher. But the ref really had an impact, it was fairly obvious Chisora was going to risk everything trying to get KO and he paid for it rushing in there tired leaving himself open. Del boy could have at least made it to the end of the fight otherwise. disgusting refereeing, and fairly transparent...

Good post agreed. A technically flawed fighters who has horrific balance but Tibbs has turned him into a more patient, more ring savvy boxer and that puncher’s threat becomes more potent as a result.

I wouldn’t mind AJ-Whyte in April although, as I’ve mentioned previously, the casual hype will be nauseating.

Whyte bringing up the fact that he didnt jump on CHisora in the first round is dodgy. If there was nothing going on he wouldnt have to explain it

He killed the moment. He is not good at confrontation like that. Now you know why they banned Wilder from the ring. Just imagine what Fury would do to him at a press conference.

I was supporting Chisora and honestly believed he won their first encounter. I had him up after 8 rounds here as well, but it was pretty even going into the championship rounds. The ref was shocking for taking 2 points away of Chisora, but it didn't influence the result in my opinion. Chisora was gassed and wouldn't have fought differently even if he didn't get the point deduction. Great KO by Whyte, that left hook is a lethal weapon. Hope Chisora recovers from this, great warrior with an iron chin but the better man won tonight.

The commentators were also bad. Froch scored it 97-93 Whyte at the time of the stoppage, which was a terrible card. Joshua said at the beginning of round 6 the second half of the fight started, and at round 9 he told that the championship rounds begun... He was objective about Whyte though. Whyte deserves the title shot, even though I wanna see Joshua fight Wilder, Fury or Ortiz first. But credit where credit's due, he beat Browne, Parker and Chisora and dropped them all heavily with his left hook. No doubt he has improved. I still would have him the underdog against Wilder, Joshua, Ortiz & Fury, but if he lands that left hook on any of them, it's probably good night.

Seems lost on Joshua that he had many opportunities to make a deal with Wilder to fight in the states before now, but it was him who insisted it had to happen in the uk, and on their terms which included a flat fee contract for a unification bout.

    You reap what you sow.

Good fight, Chisora aquited himself well but Whyte found the punch to end it.

Joshua destroys Whyte if the fight again, Wilder stops him too.

Love to see Miller - Whyte that's a pick em.
