I repeat, Manny is not exclusive to HBO. So this eliminates 2 factors that can hold up the fight. Those 2 items being....

1. Show time/HBO
2. Drug testing protocol.

The big factor is just Top Rank accepting they don't deserve the lion share, let alone 50/50. This can be remedied by letting Top Prank how sole or majority shares of their new patented internet streaming while "Money" gets his most rightful cut of the real money PPV sales and movie theatre sales. The other best way for this fight to finally happen would be from Bob's old ass finally croaking. The road blocks are quite simple and not complicated at all. There's plenty of avenues to turn to in making this fight.

 

Good luck to Showtime. HBO tried so hard to make it happen , they were pressuring Floyd to fight Pacquiao. Floyd even denied that there was a 2nd negotiation. That's the main reason why Floyd left HBO.

 

HBO might be the problem now. Even if scumbag Arum really wanted to make the fight, he might be burning bridges with HBO. Afterall HBO gives him exclusive dates for all his fighters. Pissing off HBO might not be a smart move for Arum. Lets see how it plays out.
