So what. You think the execs at CBS are happy if SHO's boxing division is hemorrhaging money? No way. If Sho continues its decline then it will be forced out of the boxing business.
Another wananbe harvard grad portending the demise of SHO because of meanie Floyd. :rofl:rofl So let's hypothetically say Floyd brings down SHO, how does that put Pac on the top 20 list?
'Loss leader', - the term is 'loss leader' - ie. underpricing a popular and well advertised product to draw customers in. 'Lost Leader' just sounds like some unfortunate and slightly bewildered General staggering through the bloody smoking chaos of a twisted metal battleground suddenly swarming with soldiers wearing the wrong uniforms. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loss_leader Nonetheless in principle you're right - whilst I don't have access to SHO sports accounts, rumours are that they have been pouring a lotta money into their boxing programming but not getting so much back.
"wananbe harvard grad" lol How does suggesting that if a division of a company reports poor results that its at risk of being axed, wanting to be havard grad?
You were the first to bring up Manny's name? Hipocrisy much? As you would say... OWNED! Phucking *****'s. :!:
your failure to read is amazing. op said that showtime's business decisions are suspect because they are netting a loss. this means they are overpaying more than the revenue they receive from the ppv. this is largely due to the guarantee that they gave floyd.
