    They're questioning whether Leo Santa Cruz is "ready" to step up to championship level so early in his career.

    Kind of misleading.

    This is for a vacant belt, and Malinga's been out of the ring for 18 months, has kissed his best days goodbye, and wasn't exactly in the thick of contention when he left off.

    It isn't quite like Leo is really stepping up to championship level, here. Regardless of what's technically on the line.
