Decent little comeback round for Diaz, had some nice successes on the ropes and a few counter jabs here and there. Russell throwing more as usual but not landing much quality.

Could go either way but I'ma give it to Diaz.

    6-4 Russell

6-4 GRJ. 10th was Diaz's best round in a while and I think he edged it with cleaner shots.

Russell always comes out strong to keep Diaz honest.

The second half of the fight is going how I predicted. GRJ is just too fast for him. Jojo is the better fundamental boxer with better defense, but he doesn't hit hard enough or have enough speed to beat GRJ. He should go to the body way more though. I swear every body shot he's thrown has landed.

The body shots from Diaz always look like they hurt so much.

Close round I could see it either way, but I think Grj did the slightly better work.

    Round 1 Diaz 10-9
    Round 2 Diaz 10-9
    Round 3 Russell 10-9
    Round 4 Russell 10-9
    Round 5 Diaz 10-9
    Round 6 Diaz 10-9
    Round 7 Russell 10-9
    Round 8 Russell 10-9
    Round 9 Russell 10-9
    Round 10 Diaz 10-9

Razor close round, GRJ landed more, but Diaz blocked most of it, Diaz landed nastier shots downstairs.

Good round for Russell, won the inside exchanges handily, managing to push the Mexican back for the first time in the fight.

    7-4 Russell.
