    Diaz seemed to take that round off. Diaz should keep that high guard up and keep walking forward. Russell looks to have lost some steam already

    That body work will pay dividends in a few rounds. Russell jr doesn't even seem like he had a gameplan for this fight. You don't stand in front of the bigger slower man, and try to go to war.
