Sharif really asserted himself in the 5th, Fortuna was very passive and seemed to be hurt the body midway through, and didn't react well to a few hooks up top.

 

Round 6 Fortuna 10-8

Fortuna came out with a vengeance and unleashed a massive flurry on Sharif, rocking him a few times, then he went on the back foot and countered him eventually dropped him late with a cuffing hook to the back of the head, it should have been a slip..

 

Round 7 Fortuna 10-9

All Fortuna, he poured on the pressure throughout, rocking Sharif back to the ropes early with a hook, ripping him to the body throughout the last 2 minutes, dominant round.

 

Round 8 Fortuna 10-9

Fortuna comes out again like a whirling dervish, Sharif eating punches that are coming at him from all directions, closer than the last but still solid Fortuna.

 

Round 9 Fortuna 10-9

Javier fighting off the backdoor well, countering with hooks to the body, occasionally mixing in right hooks and uppercuts, Sharif got a job back on track and kept a closer but lost it..
