Hurd just so big and strong.. he is going to be trouble for anyone. Seems to take a decent punch too. Trout is a good boxer.. good win for Hurd.

 

Going out with a whimper.

 

Saw this coming 30 mins back. This was one of those fights where you just knew that the slickster wasn't going to last. You need a bit more pop in your punch. Kell Brook would beat Hurd IMO, good fight for 2018 if Hurd hangs onto that IBF strap. Assuming Kell's glass eyes can hold strong of course.

Entertaining fight but not heaps impressed with Hurd. Slow, flat, lazy style that will get him KO'd vs harder hitting fighters if he doesn't step up his game.

 

Trout didn't have the power. It looked like Cotto vs Margarito 1 a bit. I'm not too impressed with Hurd but gotta give him credit he got the W.

 

Hurd evened it up on my card at the time of the stoppage, Trout had nothing left. Can you imagine Lara vs Hurd?? LOL Lara would pick him apart.

 

Still not at all impressed with Hurd. Trout looked badly aged tonight, couldn't keep up his early work. The Trout of five years ago would've outboxed Hurd all the way comfortably. Hurd will look clueless against Lara or Charlo.

 

looking at the replay, it looks like trouts corner did the right thing

but hurd still needs a new trainer, he could be a great talent with ggg's trainer
