So does your hero Floyd Mayweather Jr.... in real life, A LOT. So maybe you shouldn't go there.

Say hoe all you want, it doesn't change the fact that Saunders would dominate and stop Spence. The fact that you can't process speaks volumes.

**** this sport, makes me sick.
No ****ing way did Charlo do enough to get a draw, 115-113 at the very very best.

No he won’t you would just like to think he would. Saunders could not stop flies as God did not bless him with power. As Floyd both he and I get better quality of women than you and they keep coming back which suggests at the very least with hit it right.

I know facts and truth is not your thing. Some of us are sticklers but if it turns you keep spreading misinformation.

No facts are my thing, Porter got dropped late. I haven't gone to sleep since last night's match happened and I didn't feel boxrecing it, because I didn't care enough. Oh well.

You said. I have hardly slept in 48 hours myself so when I get to my destination will raise a glass to you as well. I know you and @Serge are upset because you feel Castano was robbed but honestly I don’t. I just feel he was on his way to winning then let Jermell back in by losing the champion rounds. The 117-111 scorecard was just highly negligent and incompetent.

I have a sneaking suspicion in the next few days, Jermello will start bellyaching about what a tough time he had making weight, and this will end up being the last time he fights at LMW.

Missed it last night, so I gave it a butcher's this morning. I'd never seen any Castano before, so I went into it with no knowledge of him other than that he's very short. I also only knew that it was a draw, I hadn't read a thing about the decision, so I didn't know whether it was controversial or not. I was actually looking to stay up for this, bit I think I started drinking too early coz me and my dad both blacked well before Aleem-Vidal was over.

    )

Egregious decision. Grim. ****ing filthy, if we're honest. Normally when there's a controversial decision with two serious extremes coming from both sides, what you normally get is a razor close fight. Not this time. This was actually horrendous.

Sure, there was close rounds you could give to Charlo. Maybe, five? That's only if you give every close round to Charlo, and that's essentially doing exactly what the judges/farhood were doing. Castano walked him down, avoided his only consistent weapon and forced Charlo back to the ropes. He plan out-worked him.

I can see it closer, TBF. I wouldn't go with a 10-8 in the tenth, but I wouldn't argue too frivolously if somebody did; the third could potentially be given to Charlo based on what happened before he was rocked, but I felt they were both just too inactive to ignore Charlo getting badly rocked; and the final round could have potentially gone either way, if you were so inclined.

So that's a range of 117-111 to 115-112 Castano. Can't see much closer, to be frank.

    • Charlo seemed really uncomfortable leading. Cost him as early as the second, and again in the tenth.
    • Charlo is far too patient. He isn't throwing enough, and when he throws just one or two at a time, it isn't effective at all.
    • Neither were perfect here - certainly not a fight I'd have thought was for an undisputed championship - but Castano's game plan and fundamentals were very good and worked well for him. Charlo had lots he could improve on.

Right @BCS8, you were right man.

I didn't score it last night in here as i was watching it closely and i didn't want to be distracted by anything.

This was my scorecard from last night.

    R1: 10-9 Castano CLEAR
    R2: 10-9 Charlo CLEAR
    R3: 10-9 Castano CLEAR
    R4: 10-9 Castano CLEAR
    R5: 10-9 Charlo CLOSE
    R6: 10-9 Castano CLEAR
    R7: 10-9 Castano CLEAR
    R8: 10-9 Castano CLEAR
    R9: 10-9 Castano CLEAR
    R10: 10-9 Charlo CLEAR
    R11: 10-9 Charlo CLOSE
    R12: 10-9 Charlo CLOSE

As you can see....i had it 115-113 Castano. 7-5 Castano.

In my opinion there were three really close rounds. I scored them ALL for Charlo.

All other rounds were pretty clear and easy to score.

There is no way on earth you can score this even a Draw. You have to give all the ****ing close rounds to Charlo AND rob Castano of one of his clear rounds to make it a draw.

The 10th was clear Charlo and very dominant but not a 10-8. Otherwise you have to give Castano a 10-8 as well when he hurt Charlo and the ropes saved him from going down.

If you score this fight for Charlo you're a bum in scoring fights or just biased as **** and a Charlo fangirl. This is easy.

And if you score it a Draw you know that Charlo lost but picking the draw because you can and the official result is a draw too. Crystal clear!

Charlo lost tonight. Boxing lost tonight. There is no shame in losing. There was a case for a rematch if Charlo lost. Now i just hope we won't see one because it's all set up. Castano will get robbed even worse in a rematch and loses 100% if he can't knock this guy out OR scores multiple KDs. If there is a rematch it has to be in Argentinia. Otherwise...MEH. Screw it. Castano should move on and fight other guys.
