Why is this on Shields? Shields was practically begging Rigo to let his hands go and Rigo would not do it.

Some trainers get more out of fighters than others. Rigo usually doesn't listen to Shields instructions. This was the third fight in a row where that happened. Diaz had Rigo letting his hands go more and with more conviction.

Rigondeaux was terrified of Casimero's power.

But here's the catch, Casimero was also terrified of Rigondeaux's power, which is precisely why he wasn't throwing any goddamn punches either.

Yeah. He showed an iron chin, though.

Rigo is terrible. Please don’t ever let him fight again.

After this I’m pretty certain that Inoue will knock both out.

How did he do that exactly? He only ate about 6 or 7 of them flush, and every time they landed, he froze in his tracks like he'd been shot in the head with a sawed off shotgun. If Rigo threw with Inoue type volume, he could've ended this match in a round.

Rigo's own corner told him he was giving rounds away, and at one point late in the fight even told him he was behind. So not sure where all the outrage is warranted.

The worst Rigo since Loma fight.

Not sure what happened to him. Maybe inactivity.

    Round 2: 10-9 Rigondeaux

Rigo landed two big lefts to the head and a big body shot, that's it. Casimero may have landed a glancing blow to the head, and a strong left hook to the body towards the end of the round, that's it. Rigo has ran 3 miles in reverse which might be a new world record, 3 miles backwards in 6 minutes time, impressive.
