Charlo landed a big 1,2 combination, Trout fights back with a big left but Charlo also countered with a big right and hurts Trout. Great exchange in the first 35-40 seconds. Charlo landed another big right in the first minute. The second minute or in general the second half of the round is a bit more passive, both fighting from the distance with the jab most of the time. Trout looking better there imo.

Trout going down and ruled as a knockdown. I missed the scene but it could be a slip, i am not sure. Ref counted it as a knockdown so it does not matter. Charlo is landing another big right hands in the first half of the round. Charlo hurts Trout with another big 1,2 combination following by another one, Trout is hurt badly here in the last minute. Charlo isn't pressuring afterwards so Trout can recover from that.

 

I thought charlo was much better, not impressed at all.

 

If the ref rules it. Kinda like an early stoppage, once ref calls it there is no turning back.
