Can't say I give a **** about Chad Dawson, I do like watching Gamboa though so I'll watch that first fight and then switch over to showtime.

I never used to have a SHO subscription so it used to be HBO only but now I have a choice

SHO top to bottom is the better card but HBO has the better main event

well HBO's is more meaningful SHO's main event is probably a better fight

Dawson may have slipped and Stevenson shows improvement hunger and power I think he is gonna win

I'm also gonna take the under dog Lopez, love the heart, even bloodied and bruised and with no hope he fired away at Canelo

That or coordinated to start at different times. I get that there is only so much 'prime time' in which to stage a fight, but it's not like casual HBO fans are being drawn to Gamboa / Perez or casual Showtime subscribers are eagerly anticipating Maidana / Lopez (although they really should be).

I think HBO will televise the Alvarez vs Green and Pedraza fights. But a la shobox as an alternate show airing for the first time on Saturday.

They will show Hopkins vs. Charlo? I think it could be a very boring fight. But all in all the showtime card is better.

    They don't, typically.

On very rare occasion they have Top Rank Live Streams of the deep undercard of HBO WCB events promoted by Arum (since Top Rank and Golden Boy have switched allegiances in the last couple of years, with Top Rank now partnered up with HBO and Golden Boy with Showtime) and I think maybe once or twice they've done HBO Zone, but it really isn't their thing. Showtime on the other hand does the ShoEx undercards quite often.

Where the Dawson vs. Stevenson card is co-promoted by Gary Shaw and that Canadian outfit, it's almost certain there won't be a televised or streamed undercard. Nobody is seeing Alvarez vs. Green unless they are there in person.

lara and d. hopkins usually stinks up a fight, i'll watch gamboa-perez.

....undecided who to watch after gamboa but since dawson-stevenson would start earlier than lopez-maidana, if dawson-stevenson fight is good, i may just stick and finish watching their fight.

I'll watch both...I think Dawson/Stevenson will be the best fight, but Showtime has the better card overall. Even though I believe that Lara is going to beat the **** out of Angulo and if it goes longer than 3 rounds I will be blown away.

@IB: on the West Coast, we get this little gem: we can watch the main broadcast live on Sho/HBO East. But, we get the undercard on tape delay on one of the auxiliary channels. So, the undercards typically start about an hour after the main card and aren't in HD.

All I do is record one then watch it IMMEDIATELY after the card I choose as priority.

I will watch HBO live, while showtime is recording then watch Showtime.

Title fights take priority for me
