Showtime or HBO?

    HBO has been **** this year. They aren't in the running for Network of the Year. Showtime has been far better this year, and ESPN2 has had much better fights than HBO this year.

    Also, in terms of commentating I perfer Gus Johnson over Jim Lampley. I like how excited Gus Johnson when I'm yelling and I hear him yelling it just makes it a lot more exciting for me. I gotta say also Al > Larry Legend. Larry is getting old and it just seems he isn't all there anymore while Al still has that fire and gives you great insight.

    Al Bernstein has always been a great broadcaster, and wish he received more recognition. Steve Farhood is also great on Shobox.

    The HBO guys talk on and on and they often talk over each other. You don' t need three guys in the booth, AND have Harold Lederman. IMO.

    As far as broadcasters go, as long as I don't have to listen to Wally Thompson, I'm good.
