These two ****ing dorks slagging on Guerrero's performance against Berto, implying it was dirty and close. **** off, it was a grueling in close phone book fight and a one sided fair domination.

 

Another upset I called. It pissed me off that I didn't have an account on here to brag about it at the time.

 

Alberto Puello vs. Ector Madera 8 Rounds @ Light Weiterweight

 

Madera is a beast, here's hoping he pulls the upset and I think he will.

 

Round 1 Puello 10-9

Feel out round, Madera applying steady pressure and landed a few to the body, but walked into a few too many right hooks.

 

The straws that broke the camel's back was me calling the upset that should've been Garcia-Herrera as well as predicting that Molina would be one of the toughest fights of Matthysse's career. I started posting short after.

Madera giving it a go, and going to his body consistently. Might've edged that one.

 

I remember quite well, I was the first guy to go undefeated for 3 months straight. From January to the beginning of April. I also told everyone to not get their hopes up with Stiverne, that Wilder would beat him with relative ease.

Aside from a spell where he trapped him on teh ropes and teed off, it's pretty much madera walking into clean counter lefts from Puello.

 

I'm going to scale it back a bit next year. Find a happy balance, like 600 or so.
