Well okay what's better - a fight staged at a neutral place or a fight in the backyard of someone? Fights like this are doomed and people are just silly thinking that all those money and profit on the stack wouldn't play a huge role. It is not about the UK or the USA, it could be everywhere. The easiest example: Hughie vs Pulev. How on earth there were people thinking that Hughie will show up in Bulgaria and will win the fight. Even Pulev was so confident that he bet on himself some money.

Yeah because of how ****ed our sport is. It's corrupt, we know that. Warren et al are just as shady and pulll just as many stunts like this as the Americans. The wba, wbc, wbo and IBF are also just as shitty. It's hurting the sport though, and it's sad to see, it's worse now than it's ever been imo, I don't remember seeing so many, such high profile robberies ever before.

Nothing about it is surprising but that doesn't make it any less of a bitter pill to swallow. Luckily for Fury he's already the established lineal champion, so he can just count this as a win and move on. Plenty of cheated fighters don't have that luxury and that is a huge problem for the sport. It makes it look a total joke.

I'm done. This is all irrelivent garbage and has nothing to do with the post you quoted. Being annoyed about blatant robbery has nothing to do with wanting the fights to happen in a nuetral venue. The corruption is obvious, not just in this fight, but week on week. That needs to be dealt with properly, but of course won't be which fairs badly for boxings popularity in the future.

Man, no offence but there are 15 more people like you quoting tons of posts around the site right now. I have no idea which one were you. Just stating my overall mind about it, I am done too, don't care about that fight anyways.

How is it an American problem when none of the judges were American?

Because robberies are happening there under it's commisioning bodies. It's not just an American problem, but it is just as much a problem in America than it is elsewhere. I can't remember so many high profile fights going the way of the robbery than in America as of recently.

Your first and biggest issue is that clearly you don’t understand what a “robbery” is. The guy you’re pulling for loses a close fight and it’s a “robbery”.

You'd have a point if it where close. It wasn't.

And I picked Wilder by KO.
