Same. Not just a punch! Demarco doesn't have much left in him. Corner should have pulled him out then i think..
He is ****ing that dude up. They need to throw in the towel.. young dude can come back to fight another day.
Round 9 Valero the aggressor this time. He doesn't have too much steam on his punches, at least not the ones he's leading with. A lazy right hook bounces off DeMarco's arm. A left then bounces off his face. DeMarco looks confused now, it seems he missed his exit in terms of arriving in this fight. He throws a tired, wavering jab/right hand combination. Valero is no longer punching with ferocity but still in bunches. DeMarco is pinned in the corner, not doing anything but waiting on Valero. Valero just stares at him for a few seconds and then crunches him with a left. 89-81 Valero
All 3 WBC judges have it 79-71. A flustered Demarco is having his health questioned by his own corner. Valero smells blood, chasing him around the ring. Demarco's back is constantly on the ropes. He's throwing, but his strategy to sit back and wait for Valero to tire has backfired in a major way. Valero now ripping to the body. Demarco walks dejectedly to his corner. This might be stopped by the challenger's corner. After 9, I have it 89-81 Valero (8 rounds to Valero, 1 to Demarco, minus 1 point for the accidental elbow).
Ok. Imagine this.......... wha if Gamboa and Valero were the same weight?????? Because of the styles, I would love to see that fight!!!!
