round 8: doctor looks at abregu's eye, he's good to go. abregu again starts off "boxing". gutierrez again chasing. gutierrez is not punching much, just following. abregu firing combinations and lands a nice right hand, then a nother combo. abregu seems to be stealing the round. big looping right hand lands on gutierrez face. abregu wins the round.

 

Gutierrez corner sent him to swing for the fences. They told him he needs a KO.

i find it hilarious that gus johnson is calling carlos abregu a skillful boxer.

round 10: abregu just has to survive to win. gutierrez stalking aggressively, but he's not firing the left hook whatsoever! in fact, he hasn't thrown it much throughout the whole fight. very frustrating.
