Harris really imposing himself the first round. Using the jab the way it's meant to be used, covering up well when Quintero turns on the heat, touching Quintero up in different spots and scoring points. 10-9 clear as mud
Harris still pumping the jab, doubling it in Quintero's face and actually backing him up with it at one point. Quintero still trying to solve the puzzle and figure out how to string some meaningful offense together. Harris catches him with a 1-2 pulling straight back as the round closes. 20-18
Quintero doing a lot of bobbing and weaving, trying to make Harris uncomfortable and/or find an angle. These guys just have each other sighted really well...neither is really telegraphing their punches but they're both seeing everything with enough time for it to become a block or a miss. Quintero starts putting some stank on his punches and throwing a minimum of two at a time. Runs into a short right hand that sends sweat flying. Not discouraged, keeps pouring on the pressure. Harris hit low, takes about thirty seconds. Quintero flurries to end the round, mixing head and body attack. It's becoming apparent that Harris isn't spry enough to defend both at the same time. 29-28 Harris.
Quintero getting wild. Harris landing the more eye-catching blows and doing so more economically. 39-37 Harris
Quintero doesn't know what to do. Jumps in and pays for it. Harris pushes him against the ropes and Quintero panics, grabs on. Harris punishes him with inside work, which isn't even his forte. Quintero now getting shy. Decides to test the waters punching behind a jab, and takes a stiff counter on the jaw. Harris' jab is serving the function of making Marvin stay exactly at the range he wants. Quintero's jab is serving the function of trying to blaze a trail for a big power shot, but without any kind of assertion (and pretty much never landing). Quintero's skull is spun with a few more counters...head movement isn't really his thing. 49-46 Harris
