    Turki’s most likely talking BS to rattle Shakur but he does seem to imply that he’s most likely going to have the ring small enough to help Zepeda a bit from having Shakur use the entire ring to his advantage. Still a rather pitiful display of trying to abuse his power in the sport. Imagine if Shakur still ends up winning even with Turki trying to stack the odds against him. Would be funny to see his reaction.

    It should only be used with the worst offenders, fighters who have literally stunk out the joint and ran from a fight like a coward, and for that crime against pugilism, Shakur is guilty as charged!
