A good fighter's not going to struggle facing bad fighters, no matter how many of them he faces in a row.

Wlad wouldn't last 5 rounds with the 38 year old Lennox Lewis that Vitali lost to

The brothers K are like Joe Calzaghe, Manny Pacquiao and Ricky Hatton.

They are sort of cult fighters, who've picked up a lot of support after being unbeaten for a while, but the sport as a whole maybe aren't as convinced, and as soon as they retire, and the whopping dies down a bit, I'm not sure their resume will support the claims people try to make.

A good barometer of the brothers is probably Vitali facing Lennox in 2005. I think most boxing fans will accept that Lewis was 38 years old, and probably 30 pounds overweight. Lewis in his prime was lean. Looked like a greek god. All muscle. Hardly any fat on him. He was plain flabby in that fight. Looked really fat.

Anyone watch the last 2 rounds of that fight, where Vitaly was visibly gassed, staggering round the ring like a bum, and barely throwing a shot has to see these guys in context.

Round 5, Vitaly barely threw a shot. He just grabbed and hugged Lewis every time he hit him. It was embarrasing. End of the round, he barely even made it back to his own corner. I'm sure he was walking back in the wrong direction for a few steps.

And Vitaly's a way better fighter than Wlad, in almost every aspect.

So, put these two guys in the ring with guys with guys like Sultan Ibrahimovic, and yeah, they look domianant.

But let's not go overboard. If Wlad was fighting for world titles in 2000 rather than 2005, his career would probably never have even taken off.

I think it is pretty clear that his level of dominance in this division is something we have not seen since the days of Larry Holmes.

That is true, Valuev is beyond ethnicity and growing up in America as the part English son of Sir Henry Cooper, Sir Bert Cooper had to deal with racism on both sides of the fence, he knows the score better than anyone.

This so called Mr. Wonderful is a disgrace to the legend of Paul Orndoff.

he is fixing to enter elite company to be a Heavyweight champion that has 50 KO's in his career. That is very impressive. Wlad is doing what Holmes had to do and that is beating every contender available to him.

Pacquiao should be unanimously given that honor, but it is nice to see that the heavweight champ is actually getting some real attention.

I think the big difference however is that Holmes avoided the top 5 contenders of his generation while Wlad is being avoided by the top 5 contenders of his generation. Wlad is also on pace to pass Holmes' reign in terms of Ring ranked opposition defended against, he already matched him in top 5 opposition.

Funny how Lewis's weight in that fight seems to get higher and higher each year!

Lewis was NOWHERE NEAR 30lbs overweight. I think the best weight for Lennox was around 250 (Lennox had been in the 250s as early as 1997), which means he was 6 POUNDS HEAVIER, NOT 30! 6lbs, when you are that big, is not much. Could Lennox have been in better shape? Sure. But he was nowhere near as out of shape as many people want to believe. I've got framed picture on my wall with him and Vitali on it...it's a pic from the fight, and Lewis looks to be in good shape to me.

    Definitely not 30lbs overweight! :lol::lol:

Lennox Lewis goes to my barbershop and he told me personally that he was 46-years-old and 27 pounds overweight when he fought that Vitali Klitshcko!

Wlad and Vitali are the best fighters off this or any generation. They only need to finish their careers without another loss, take the WBA from whichever Brit is holding it, and fight on into their early 40s. 42 or 43.

I think Wlad will break Holmes record of defences, and Vitali will maintain his streak of never seeing the canvas(in a boxing match).
