LOL- Haye's Gays is what we are calling them :smoke The *******s vs Fanboys thing is funny in a good way because both are tremendous boxers hands down.

However, the "Haye's Gays" phenomenon is a summary of the sad story of the delusional, misinformed, and vulnerable British sports fan base (ala the Chicago Cubs for my American brethren). Sadly though, the loser isn't so lovable this time around, thus creating the quagmire that is David Haye--

Overrated power (still no answer for my 1 punch KO at heavyweight if you're reading this **** boy:hi:), moderately quick hand speed, poor defense, serious stamina issues...

the guy is in negotiation with wladimir right now, and if wladimir offers him reasonable offer like he's apparantly going to do, then the fight will happen. you got to remember, haye hasn't fought a klitschko because for one his financial backer went bankkrupt for the wladimir fight, and then for the vitali fight he got a better offer to fight valuev. if wladimir really wants the fight, then he'll show it financially.

so after two fights at heavy weight hes fought two guys who between them have held the title three times.

what speed would be acceptable to be progressing at. can you name me ONE cruiser in history who moved up and mixed it at such a high level so quickly?

Even with the current sad state of American heavyweight boxing (in case one of you Brit Haye fans decides to point it out) Eddie Chambers, Tony Thompson, Chris freakin Arreola would all beat Haye.

As for the rest of the world besides the Klitschkos: Adamek, Povetkin, Tua, Chagaev I would also put my $ on to beat Haye.

Look if Haye hadn't run his mouth and promised us boxing fans the land of milk and honey then I wouldn't bash him. But talking one way and then acting another is unacceptable behavior.

If at least this guy would say something publicly about Wlad's challenge. A type of response to give us some hope! But all we hear is COMPLETE silence from Haye. Now we heard the IBF has only granted time until May 16th for a deal to be reached.

Considering Haye hasn't even once talked about Wlad's challenge I think it's safe to safe he lost all interest in big HW fights and he is quite content with how things are. Good for him. Bad for us.

My sentiments exactly. Back to the Chicago Cubs analogy-- they are the lovable losers so we tolerate them. If you are going to overrate anybody at least make the guy fun to root for like Ricky Hatton for Christ sake...

    Have to step in here.

    1) Dumb
    2) Fat
    3) Ignorant

Aren't they the three things America is universally recognised as?

    2) Paul Gascoigne
    3) David Haye's fans (see above posts in thread)

Fella, dont try and defend the argument that Americans aren't seen as dumb, fat and ignorant. Youre gonna lose badly.

With the stubborn way you're keeping on with this ridiculous argument, you could be proving my point!

By the way, The Klitschko Bros are the masters of ducking the best fighters out there. Since they've been champions they have both avoided the number two fighter like the plague.

Name another fighter we would put up with that for!

Funny wasnt Peter number two for a while and they both beat him. Sucks to be blinded by hate but hey you are from the UK, Can hardly expect you not to be biased for Haye, Also how many years was Wlad champ when Vitaly was retired and was wlad # 2 before Vitaly retired? No... he was rebuilding And who exactly have they ducked? If you say Haye you are a joke.:deal If Rafael and JMM were in the same division and ranked 1 and two at anytime I would not expect them to fight if you want brothers to compete in a sport where brain damage and even death can happen you are a sick and pathetic individual.

I'll do you one better, Roy Jones jumped up from Lt.Heavy and easily John Ruiz 7 years ago.

Oh yeah, there's James Toney too. He moved up from Cruiser and retired Ruiz in his 3rd fight at heavy 5 years ago, though it was ruled a NC.

Doivit has had 5 fights at heavy, faced the weakest heavyweight title holder
in ages and beat up an old John Ruiz, yeah real high level opponents!
