This champ has had some very close decisions during his reign --is there anyone out there who will dethrone him from his title--I see that Joseph Agbeko who fought to a split decision is back fighting again--curious if anyone has seen the Ghanian in action or saw the previous bout between the two fighters?

I havent seen this guy fight yet. Were the 2 draws with Cordoba good decisions? Who do you guys think is the best out of Sidorenko, Hasegawa or Gonzalez?

You know what..of all the fights I've seen of late the most exciting ones have been in the lower weight classes. Marquez vs Vasquez was 24.99...Hopkins vs Wright was 49.99. No matter what you say if you buy a lower weight class fight you more often than not get your money's worth.

Watch this super bantamweight fight: Sithchatchawal vs Monshipour

They deserve a shitload more attention then they get. Some of the best warriors of the sport can be found below the Welterweight division.

06 fight of the year as far as Im concerned. one of the best I have ever seen. Its a shame that fight never got the attention it deserved, probably because a lot of people couldnt see it.

I didn't get the chance to see it live. But I have it on video and it is one of the best fights I've ever seen. It really is a shame. I'm sure there have been many others that nobody knows about as well.

I didnt see it live either. I had to watch it on youtube, which was better than not seeing it at all. A few days ago, I decided I would watch it again, but unfortunately it has been removed from youtube. :fire

There are actually some people out there who probably could've seen it but didnt, because they arent interested in smaller fighters. I personally recommended watching it to some people I know, more casual type fans. When I told them it was a fight of the year, they were interested, but as soon as I said the names Somsak Sithchatchawal vs. Mahyar Monshipour they stopped taking me seriously and pretty much decided "who the hell cares about these 2 no-names." I dont think 1 person that I suggested to watch it, actually watched it and now its too late for those ignorant fools to catch it on youtube. oh well, their loss.

I have always enjoyed the lighter weight fighters as much as the heavyweights and higher weight fighters -lots of skill and plenty of action--most of the lower weight fighters have good stamina and seem to be in shape most of the time---most purist boxing fans can recognize the difference between good boxing whether the boxers weigh 105 pounds or 210.
