Debatable. Hopkins also beat Pavlik and Pascal. Both fights are often brought up. And let´s ignore the fact that Hopkins was 36 when he upset Trinidad. Oh, and the fact that Hopkins weighed in closer to the 154 limit than 160.
trinidad was an established middleweight champ with elite wins and successfully campaigned at even higher weights. the revisionism is lazy
Ok then, how about the complete and utter domination against Tarver and Pavlik. Tarver was a big light heavyweight that finished his career at heavyweight. Pavlik was a massive middleweight. I don't think BHOp even lost a round in those two fights.
Wasn’t referring to the Spence fight in my post, but even still Errol had had two major car crashes and simply wasn’t the same fighter. Wouldn’t have mattered as Crawford was always on another level. Truth is his resume is hardly stellar although I believe he’s always had the talent to be an ATG.
Mosley thought he was going to come to Australia and bash another Aussie for an easy pay day but instead got the hiding of his life from Choc Mundine.
The one I pick was Antonio Margarito's steady legitimate beatdown of Miguel Cotto finally forcing him to Quit on his knees in submission. Great achievement tho that was it was also his downfall. Tony wasn't supposed to win but he did & in doing so he scared the pants off of both Floyd & Oscar who both e4xpected Cotto to win & so bragged they wanted the winner. What happened to Margarito was nothing short of criminal in my book. His career was ruined & his good name tarnished based on at blatant lie.
