    I know after reading the title you think "there's millions such fights" but I've been following boxing a long time & last June when Demetrius Andrade never even looked at Maciej Sulecki during the instructions it automatically jumped out to me as a first. What are some other notable fights that featured this?

    Every Floyd Patterson fight.

    Floyd said he was boxing a kid early in his career who smiled at him during the prefight instructions, and it bothered him to knock a guy out who smiled at him. So he never looked at his opponent during the instructions again (according to him).
