    * crickets *

    Personally, I'm amped. This is the first FNF in a long time I'm amped to watch. I love Ismayl's style but he's going to be tested.

    Very nice fight, finally a quality prospect showdown on ESPN2!

    Syllakh seems to be the LHW division's future whereas Despaigne is an experienced, accomplished former amateur who also impresses in the pro ring. Must win fight for both and I expect a nice, heated battle!

    Syllakh wins by UD IMO.

    Sillakh on points or late stoppage. Not particularly impressed with Despaigne to be honest. Interesting match-up, though.

    The Black Russian is gonna whoop his ass. Despaigne is just another Cuban amatuer standout that won't live up to expectations.

    You maybe right, just like Gamboa, Casamayor, Hurtado, Yoan Pablo, Rigondeaux and JC Gomez didn't, oh and some others that are coming up like Lara, Ortiz, Dorticos, Garcia, Perez, Acosta, Socarras, Viler, Franco, Salinas and a few more.

    One fight I'm not going to touch in the prediction thread... Leaning towards Sill but Despa is certainly no Cubum. This looks like a clear 50/50 to me.

    I agree. It's only Tuesday but I'm pumped for this fight in a way that few FNF fights can do anymore. Have to love when two up and coming prospects put it on the line. Hoping for a close action fight and a later round stoppage by IS.

    I have to agree with Despaigne did not impress me the one time i did watch him.

    who knows maybe he is a late bloomer or just had an off night that night.
