I manage Stephen and we were asked if we wanted the fight,a win here puts Stephen right up there in the cruisers and I'm sure he will win the title this year given the chance

Will it be on the Cruiserweight limit or just over since its not a title fight ...i know simmons gave weight away in his last fight but he looked abit over weight round the middle it will good to see him box some one the same weight and thats having a go back ....my moneys on Simmons to win in the later rounds

Top matchmaking, surprised that both guys are already 27!

Last time I remember Frank putting two undefeated prospects with less than 10 fights each in with each other was Sexton/Chisora :yep

That was at the York Hall as well.

Who had Mullings beat before taking on Oliver? Regan and Ampofo put on one of the best British boxing trilogies of the last 25 years - neither had surpassed ten fights after their final fight. I could go on...

Records don't make the fight, the fighters do.

The fight is made at the cruiserweight limit, the only reason step then was a little heavy was we knew Hastings would be much heavier.
Even so Stephen performed well and will be even sharper for this fight has he makes the weight with ease.

Pleased Bunce has finally bitten. Jonesy obviously thinks he's the big boy.
