Simms and Darch Fights?

Back to the Thomson/Foreman throw three punches and grab mode again. The ref hasn't kept his promise about the deduction to Simms, maybe if he did it would open up the fight some. Alcine lands a decent left hook to the face, Simms comes back with a decent combo on the outside. Alcine's finally figured out how to punch behind Simms' defense, but Simms' counters are generally more effective than the punches being thrown by Alcine. Both fighters land a couple of good shots on the inside. Alcine still being the aggressor. Most active round of the fight so far. Simms landed the hardest shots in the round, but I could see this one going either way. 68-64 Simms.

 

Wlad, Evander, Hatton, Mayweather, do I need to keep going. Alot of fighters hold a HELL OF ALOT MORE than this.

Shotime is a corrupt joke first they had Darchinian even when he did not when a round now they are slowly robbing Alcine. Alcine is landing much better power punches and simms is so scared he's holding more than Ruiz

Simms back to headlocking Alcine each time he comes in. He's given Simms 3 warnings and has yet to deduct a point. Alcine throwing wild, Simms making him look silly. Simms lands a nice punch in an exchange, then the ref finally deducts a point on the clinch. Both guys throwing, but only Simms is landing. Simms is one slippery dude when he wants to be, in the upper echelon of defensive fighters. 77-73 Simms.

 

Simms loses a point for holding. Simms hits a big left at the end of the round. Alcine took the round with being more active.

WTF....that was a slip....this referee is AWFUL!

 

Even trading, though too much holding still. Ref makes a horrible call calling an obvious slip a knockdown on Simms. Alcine suddenly trying to bully Simms, coming in, throwing right hooks to the body. Simms still just trying to counterpunch, but Alcine is way too aggressive for that style. 2 point round for Alcine. 85-83 Simms.

Even on the replay you could see that Simms stepped on his foot. Bernstein missed that on the replay.

Alcine back to throwing lots of jabs and missing with all of them. Finally he comes in and lands some nice hooks to the body. Simms looks a bit lethargic. Simms finally starts to land some nice left uppercuts up the middle. Alcine trying to stay active, coming in and working to the body. Neither fighter looked great, but Alcine looked less bad. I've lost track of my damn scoring, so I'll stop trying
