yes. just look at the negotiations history and the present conditions. all were just smoke and mirrors. paid internet posters just twisted so much truth that many don't see it that way.

I think they both ducked each other to a degree. But I think Floyd would have won had they met 5 years ago.

Yes. But it might backfire. He didn't count on Pac lasting this long.

    "It's all about timing"

    So I guess so...

but if he did fight him when he should have he wouldn't have made millions fighting chumps.

Well, it sounds as if Pacquiao just gave in to Mayweather's demands ... which were previously designed to sabotage the fight back in 2010 ... probably because Pacquaio's lost a lot of bargaining power because he's at the end of his career.

Truth is, Mayweather came up with the drug test stuff ONLY for Pacquiao, when Pacquiao was knocking people the f*ck out.

...and no absolute proof that Mayweather is/was drug tested this past few weeks as against Manny's six already...

...On Mayweather Sr's own mouth "that now is the right time to fight MP" alluding to the fact that there never was serious intention of having the fight made in the past...

Yes, Floyd avoided the fight, however, so did Arum (Manny by proxy).

It was expedient for BOTH sides to postpone the fight for financial reasons.

    BS. Please think logically.

"Gave in to Mayweather's demands..." Did you even read what I posted? Apparently not.

Pac had BETTER TERMS in 2010. Why did Pac walk away? Exactly, you can't answer that question. And not only did he walk away, he signed to fight a guy coming off a loss ONLY 3 DAYS LATER!

If the 2010 "demands" were part of a design to sabotage the fight as you say, why would Floyd "double down" in 2015? You guys can't have it both ways: You say Floyd was forced into the fight, but can't come to terms with the fact that he was asking for MORE than he did in 2010, not less. If your view is accurate, which it is not, then the 2015 demands should have killed the fight.

If the 2010 demands were a "sabotage" in your mind, then the 2015 terms should be even worse to you. In which case you have to ask yourself, WHY DID PAC SIGN A WORSE DEAL? Exactly. (That 10% isn't chump change either, it's millions of dollars)

Recent statement by Pacquiao that people like you probably eat up and actually believe: "I didn't want to take 10% less, but I did it for the fans." If you actually believe that obvious lie, I just have a couple questions: The fans were not a good enough a reason in 2010 for him to accept more favorable terms? But now the fans ARE a good reason in 2015 to take less favorable terms? Yea, makes perfect sense. :nut
